Messed my back up last week cutting wood. I haven't been to the gym since. It's still, messed up. Been taking arthristis pain meds and muscle relaxers. Hope to be back in the swing of things by the first of the month!

So sorry that you hurt yourself, Sgt. I hope you heal very quick.

The only exercise I can do is water therapy because of my fibro. I don't know when I'll be back to that now after my surgery.

When your back hurts it seems like Everything hurts. I hope you feel better soon. Cutting wood is serious hard work!!!

Feel your pain. I was at my cottage last week and carried in a way bigger load of firewood than I should.

Have totally pulled muscles in my chest that I didn't know existed and now. Am very limited in exercise for a few weeks.
