I just wanted to throw this out there for you. I remember well the intimidation of jumping into a discussion board regrading something that most consider a touchy subject anyway. I doubt many of us ever really wanted to talk about our weight, and never with strangers.
Well here we are family. Not the family that will down talk you, but the kind that will pick you up off your butt everytime you stumble kind of family. Everyone one on this board is or has been severely obese. Don't feel out of place, we all know how it feels.

Don't be afraid to ask ANY question. We hear it all, from poop, to sex, and much much more. No such thing as a bad question here.

You can stay as anonymous as you want. Some share every detail and find local friends, and some simply use their screen name and stay private. It is all your choice. No pressure either way.

So if you are lurking about, trying to feel your way in, post an intro message. Tell us about you and where you are in your journey. From there feel free to join in on some of the conversations. I know that I for one have found endless support and have been made to feel much more secure in my feelings as I progress through. There is so much that happens.
