I just try to stay excited about the new possibilities, Victoria secret clothes (if you haven't, buy something I love everything that has fit that I got there), Express, Forever 21 regular, and all those stores I have literally never have been able to shop. My mother made my clothes growing up, I had a uniform for high school and by the time I bought clothes I was too big for normal stores.
Though all my friends are excited to get the goods, it will be difficult to say good bye.

this is a place alot of people order from including my daughter 5.99 items and shipping is reasonable. just a thought.
Goodwill is always good.
Regarding the eating. It is a good idea to put a 20-30 minute time limit on meals. Otherwise you can "eat around" your pouch. Also, there is some debate on the soup thing. Many people see it as breaking the "no drinking while eating" rule. The liquid washes the solids right out of your pouch - Solid protein without drinking will keep you satisfied longer.

Regarding the soup.....if you don't exchange lean protein for it all the time I do not see a problem unless were talking something like New England Clam Chowder or Lobster Bisque or othe high fat types. d
Congrats to you on your accomplishment!!
Keep up the hard work. Your worth it.
I mostly try to shop on sale and only buy a few things at a time. It is tempting to buy a bunch of stuff when you go down in size but don't get carried away because you will be a new size again soon.
Wal Mart, Target have a lot of t shirts for 4.00 and 5.00...
Im in 18 pants and 22-24 tops...I don't how I will react to walk in and be able to buy from regular stores again.....its such a foreign concept to me.
I have boys so can't do that.
But have been able to go into Target and buy some of their clothes - it might be 4X (wich is really 3X). And ordering from catalogs now can do 3X and still have room - where originally I was up to 7X.
However due to $$ I still wear big clothes (as long as the pants don't fall down) and just let them "flap in the wind" and moon people. LOL
One day when "my ship" comes in and I'm at the dock and not airport will I spend money for whole new wardrobe. Right now just one piece at a time every few months.
