My commute to and from work is so long that getting up earlier or working out afterwards is just a fleeting thought.

b12 can be got at costco biliguil and also will help. no need to get those shots. ouch. what are the drs trying to put us through pain for?
I was iron defitiant first three months. I new it at two weeks as i craved popcicles and ice. (sign) so i started taking iron. for my baby new tummy and one must treat it as baby.
One does not want to have ulcers or weakness in those seams on your tummy. even later into the healing.
Good thing is to eat something when you take those pills of any sort so your tummy as in NEW TUMMY doesn't suffer
On those days that I am just tired, I force myself to go outside and for some reason it just helps. Could be the sun, wind, now chill in the air, whatever it is, once I get outside it gives me the push I need. good luck!
