A lot of you out there have become some great friends of mine and I want to say I really appreciate your prayers, encouragement, and good thoughts and that is why I am coming to you all to ask if you will all say a little prayer for me whenever you think about me. Without getting into too much detail, I've been a little down the last week or so and have been struggling with my food choices and getting my exercise in. Thanks everyone. Love ya'll...

Definitely WILL "Send Up Prayers For You"!!! We ALL Truly Get It as Probably MOST of us Have or Will go thru our Moments..Days...even Weeks of what I call "Food Crisis"!!!!!! I'm 8Months Out and eventhough I have been "Successful" in my WeightLoss I STILL have "Crisis"!!! Remember we all LOVE...LOVE...LOVE Food and it's in us to WANT that what we call "TASTY" Food that isn't Good for us cause IT"S DELECIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But HANG in there....each time you feel like you have "Fallen Off the Horse" tell yourself I AM HUMAN and "Jump Right Back On"...even if it's "Days"later! I've Fallen....Fallen.....Fallen.....and then Fallen!!!!! But I won't Give Up I Pray...EVER!!!! Even if it takes me 3more years to loose this last 50lbs...I STILL want to try. You CAN DO THIS....and YOU WILL!!!! We are HERE for You. Hope this Helps...Rachel

Andrea im sorry that you are struggling the last few weeks in more than one area it sounds like. But you hang in there, we are all here for you one way or another and we will do whatever we can to help you.
