One more thing- are you getting your proteins in? My doc specs out 60 grams per day minimum and my loss slows down if I don't get it in.
try it.
When my weight loss slowed, I did things to keep my body off balance...The keys are protein, water, movement, and sleep. I had to get 8 hours of sleep in order to lose weight. A couple times increasing my calorie intake triggered faster weight loss. Our bodies are really good at adapting so it is important to change up your exercise routine and eating if you aren't seeing results.

Like you I started at #233. My loss was so slow. It took 2 years, 5 months and five days to lose #100. I mean I was so slow. The upside of that is that I don't require and skin surgery. My body went back to a size 6 with no muffin top or bulges. It was really hard for me to read posts from the peeps that were in my group of loosers here. They were posting things like " Had my surgery 8 weeks ago and have only lost a #100" I think reading those posts left me expecting more from my body than it could do. It was hard after I had lost #100 not even then did anyone ever say to me "Wow you have lsot weight" That is how slow I lost it. The thing is now I am really happy with the way it went. No need for any additional surgery and It seems easy to maintain at 3 years out last week. So just hang in there it will happen for you too. I also would suggest an addtional serving of protein. That was a lesson that was really hard for me to learn. It was hard to imagine that adding calories would lead to weight loss but in reality my body thought it was being starved and hung on to every calorie I put in it.
Good luck to you!

How much protein are you getting in every day? Shoot for 70 gr. at least. Protein and fluids and movement equals success....
