Hi, do you have any suggestions for surviving 2 weeks on full liquids? I am having protein shakes at meal time ( takes about 1 1/2 hr to finish). I can have pudding, cream based soups but can't figure out when I would have them. Can anyone tell me how you managed that phase, what you ate and when? Thanks!! Kathy

I got creative with those shakes! The regulars here sent me to theworldaccordingtoeggface blog where I found some pretty jamin recipes. I got a bunch of different flavors of sugar free pudding too.

eggface has a ton of protein shake recipes that you can try to change things up a bit.

If you want to have something savory, I recommend the cream soups. I liked tomato soup to which I added garlic salt, chili powder and basil.

you should consult your nut. If you were in my docs program they would say you are taking way to long on your shake or your trying to get down way to much. I had a revision Monday and am allowed 4 oz at a time to be worked up to I think 8 but we also are not to spend more then 20 min on it. Just a thought . good luck im on full liquid as well but mine dosent seem as flexible as others.

I checked out the Eggface shakes. Yum. Also strained some chicken chowder, added milk and put small amts in ice cube trays. I am getting in 70ish protein and 60+ liquids and all my Meds and I feel really good. So I think I've done we'll for 6 days out. Thanks for the feedback! Kathy
