Eat real cheese if you can tolerate it. A slice of any real cheese is at least 5 gr protein and cheese is delicious! lol
Tyson precooked beef strips and chicken chunks are still staples in my current diet (18mos out)
I eat a soft scrambled egg (or 2 depending on how hungry I feel) with 1/8 cup of cheese almost every morning, and sometimes for dinner, too. quick, easy and 12 gr protein
shrimp dumped in boiling water just until they turn pink (remove quickly and put in ice water to stop the cooking)
In a pinch I will drink Pure Protein chocolate and vanilla shakes at Wal-Mart. 4 for @ $7. 23 grams protein/1 gram sugar per 12oz and they don't taste terrible. Their chocolate peanut butter bar is 20 grams protein, too, but, it is the only one like. You can buy the bars singularly to see which ones you like. I actually LOVE the Snickers Marathon bar and the Cliff Mint Chocolate (also available at w-mart) I eat 1/2 and if the pouch agrees, I then eat the other 1/2. Both 20 gr protein.
Hope this helps
I also live alone so, I must tell you...COOK FOR YOURSELF!!! I buy a meat (protein) that intrigues me and Bing (or google) recipes for those ingredients. For me cooking is something I love to do, and I didn't let my RNY hinder my interest. It is a way to treat yourself and spices are a way to make your meals satisfying as well as healthy. You don't have to spend the rest of your life feeling deproved. You can adjust what doesn't work for you.
Also try hummus, there are so many different flavors. Dip some veggies in it. Yummy! Peanut butter is a good source of protein.
You might want to contact you nutritionist for even more protein ideas.

Good luck!
You can find the Oh Yeah beverages at Vitamin Shoppe as well as the Pure Protein bars.
