PET SCAN CAME BACK CLEAR - I GOT THE GREEN LIGHT FROM THE CARDIOLOGIST AND I AM SO EXCITED!!!!!! THE OLD TICKER IS PERFECTLY FINE, PRAISE GOD THROUGH WHOM ALL BLESSINGS FLOW!!!

PLEASE FORGIVE THE CAPS BUT THAT IS JUST MY WAY OF SHOUTING MY JOY OUT TO THE HEAVENS. THE CARDIOLOGIST EMAILED MY CLEARANCE TO THE SURGEON WHILE I WAS ON THE PHONE - TAP DANCING FOR JOY

Happy feet just for you!!! Things will move fast now, hold on tight, it is a great ride, but as you have already seen, there are a few bumps in the road. As my granddaughter does...say WEEEEEE are you go over the bumps, then they don't feel so big!

Thank you, and if i haven't already told you, you guys are the best. Yes, I am through the roof with excitement. I am trying not to plunge too fast into orbit - i'm taking it one minute at a time still letting everything digest and really embracing what this surgery means for my life. I just found out today that a mighty woman of God who is like a second mom to me also had the gastric bypass surgery. When I told her she said "oh chile, I had that same surgery, you will be fine" all I could do was smile, it was as if God sent one of his special angels to comfort my nerves and who would have known that it would be a woman who is already a mother figure in my life. I am at peace about this decision now horn in on the post-op preparation which should keep me busy until i get more news.

Thank you Lord for placing all of my DS Angels in my life.

as one that suffers from a bum ticker...i can appriciate your worries..had i had the heart issues 5 years ago like i have now..i may not have been able to have the surgery!!!
