the problem. I just messed up with my diet tonight. Being honest. I ate some potatoes and a vegi omlette along with toast at a restraunt. I do my final weigh in on Monday. What will happen now??? I know I cannot be the only person who has cheated on this two week prep diet. I thought it was going to get easier for me as time went on. But, it did not. I found myself more hungry and wanting some kind of food. I am all set for surgery...I just go to the doctor and do a final weigh in. At last count I lost ten pounds. Now..I am very worried. Boy am I am stupid.
They want you to prove you can and make your liver floppy for easier surgery
I had my protein drinks during the day and allowed a lite dinner at nite
Didn't pig but had and said good bye to some favs
