I like to eat out, It give me a chance to take home left overs for lunch the next day!

I went to Texas Roadhouse last sunday, and i'm on this partial liquid diet, shakes , 5 oz of protein and 2 cups of veggies.
I had a steak, very lean..cut off enough so I only ate 5 ounces...( I can eyeball the ounces pretty good..)
I had broccoli and carrots, and a small tossed salad. It was yummy!! And I was full!
It's great to still go out and eat. I'm told that I will be "A Cheap Date', after my surgery! LOL!!
