Congratulations on your mile stone. I know how good it feels. I broke the 200 lb mark this morning, finally. I'm now at 197 lb! I haven't been below 200 lbs in 20 years. I started the surgery process at 283 lbs.

I've been stuck for 3 or 4 weeks now.. It's getting kind of old, but I know it'll come off eventually, I just have to be patient.

Wow, congrats everyone on your losses, and most especially on the good attitudes!

The scale finally moved this week, I lost 7 pounds! Patience paid off. I joined the Y last week and worked out 4 times!

And can I just say I love this board?

Congrats on the 212. Progress is still in process so don't worry about anything.

I go for my first surgery in the morning. I look forward to reporting good numbers.

I am down 8 more pounds making my weight loss since surgery 18 pounds and a total of 48 since the Surg. weighed me in Jan. I am also wearing my wedding band and engagement ring for the first time in forever.

I am at 218, the scale is moving again I hope. I was at 220 for about a 1.5 weeks.

Good Morning DS family. I am back and happier than ever. The Drainage GI Tube was finally removed. I had it in for (3) weeks and I am so HAPPY! I was able to move around alot better and with much less pain.

OOOh by the way, I LOST ANOTHER 8LBS. I NOW WEIGH 230LBS.

Keep helping me - and thanks again my DS family for helping me through these little hills. I need to keep the focus...
