I would look for these in your regular supermarket or health food store first rather than dropping $40 for a case of them that you might not like.
I think they are a great option before surgery when you are eating larger quantities of food, and a zero calorie noodle is better than a regular noodle, but after surgery with the restricted size of your pouch you have to put mostly protein in there and there isn't room for anything that doesn't have good nutritional value
pasta is a gateway drug for me, too, so I just avoid it now
