well well well, In less than 23 hours I will be cut the hell up.... It has ben a long time in the making with a 151 pre op loss (8 mounts ) It has come with a lot of hard work ! and without all of you i do not thank i would have had the support to do what i have done so far , so with that sed Thank You All. I will see you all on the Loser's bench..

You've done great, Mike! Your hard pre-op work will get you through. My best to you on your surgery. Don't forget to take your chapstick! And also, don't forget to allow yourself to heal after surgery before pushing it. Many blessings to you!

Mike you have been a voice of sanity and reason since you popped that great big body in here at DS. I have enjoyed your sense of civility everyday young man. Between you and lizzy I don't think i'd ever seen anyone lose that much weight on sheer willpower.
