Gastric Bypass Surgery Support Group
Gastric bypass (GBP) is any of a group of similar operative procedures used to treat morbid obesity, a condition which arises from severe accumulation of excess weight in the form of fatty tissue, and the health problems ("co-morbidities") which result. If you are considering gastric bypass or have had it, join the community where we share our experiences and find support.
Good luck!
When I did my preop diet--clear liquids and high protein meats--my body went in to ketosis (the goal of HCG) and I lost a lot of weight very quickly. Being in ketosis for 2 weeks was killer and I didn't know how my mom maintained that for months.
Have you done the 5 day pouch test? Talked to your nut and/or surgeon?
It sounds funny coming from someone who butchered my insides, but I think that HCG is pretty extreme.
Best of luck!
Good luck and I hope you can get back on track with your eating.
Just my thoughts.

The best thing you can do is get back to making consistent, healthy food choices: protein first, then veggies, a little fruit, a very little complex carbs.
Reduce your portion sizes.
Drink a lot of water.
Move every day.
Keep your food diary and chart your progress.
In other words, just go back to basics. You need to reinforce the healthy choices and the WLS lifestyle. You do NOT need to mess with unrealistic, unsustainable diets.
Good luck.
