oh, so happy, lost 106 pounds since last July. question. How much is too many grams of sugar? Too many grams of sugar alcohol? I don't have internet, so I am on the hosptitals Wi Fi, just to let everyone know I am still around. Thanks!!!!

Yeah! That is so awesome! You and I had close surgery dates - you have done a remarkable job! Regarding sugar grams, I was told less than 5 grams of sugar per serving. But that is from my doctor, and as we know, all doctors are different. If your at the hospital see if they have a nut there you can talk too....might be worth a shot. Congrats again!

Hi Judy, good to see you!

I had my surgery in July also and am down 105 pounds. My surgeon and nut told me no more than 14g of sugar per serving and I've had no problems so far with it.
