i know it is super frustrating and depressing. but your body is adjusting to the major change. you are not getting in even your min. calories and protein. so what is your body doing? HOARDING!
And just so you may learn from my mistake - DO YOUR PROTEIN! i fooled myself that i was doing enough for the first 4 -6 mos. and when my hair fell out to the point i was getting bald spot i FINALLY woke up.
Don't start with a bad habit of no protein. i know its not like you do it on purpose. But that's how it starts out. get in to the habit of making protein number one!!!!
i buy body fortress at walmart for $15. it has 52 grams per 2 scoops. so a 1/2 milk and one scoop gives me 30 grams per shake. so you can get in 60 grams in two small shakes.
good luck
Cheers
