Patience has never been my strong suit but i'm deliberately and consciously trying to develop it. I'm also looking at ways to occupy my time if my head is telling me to eat (cos my stomach sure isn't).
Making sure you get moving every day is really important - i would say vital and drinking, drinking, drinking. I've actually found now that i'm 8 wks (this tuesday) that my taste for plain water is coming back. And i have to dilute the crystal light because it's TOO sweet .
Seriously, weekly weigh-ins are the most user-friendly way to go.
Cheers,

I hate to say it, but I am a scale addict. I want to jump it on everytime I am in the bathroom.
