 I don't have a date yet I was just wondering if the herbal life formula one healthy meal powders are good for the bariatric diet

Herbal Life is not recommended post op but it might help until you get ready for pre op proteins. I drank Nectar pre op and like About Time and Body Fortress now. Places like Vitamin Shoppe will take returns if you don’t like the taste.

I would check with your surgeon first as they may have their preferred VLCD such as mine whom prefers Optifast VLCD shakes and soups.

With Optifast shakes, put two or three ice cubes in the shaker, I have noticed the cooler temp. makes the shakes taste so much nicer, as far as the coffee shake, it is simply disgusting, strawberry and chai are nice.
