Well... I got in two (yes 2!) hours of walking today. Not all at once, but in 3 different walks :)

Did an hour at the Gym with weight machines and free weights.

My plan was to get up super early to go to the pool on my day off. Opted to sleep in a bit but then took a nice long walk.

I did 25 minutes on the treadmill. Every little bit helps!

I slacked today, but only because I will be biking 12.5 miles home from work at 7 am tomorrow.

I was planning on walking about thirty minutes on my treadmill but only managed fifeteen because my son feel out of a chair and i needed to tend to him.

I did walk about a mile at the park later while pushing my kids in a stroller. Together it was about 112 lb with all three of them in it. My arms felt like jello

Wow, Becca, you are an overachiever today. :D I did a 2 mile walk today and am at work now and will probably log another 2-3 miles by the morning.

Walked about 2 miles today and then walked all around poking in little shops, its steps right?
