So last night it finally happened
I was dreaming about an entirely unrelated subject and suddenly I was eating a pastry.
It was creamy crispy and good but I felt very guilty afterword.
Additionally I went right back to my dream on the unrelated topic.
Funny I haven't had any cravings lately for such things...
I wonder what it all means
Maybe I was just hungry

It is the creamy crispy calling you. It does not mean a thing! Now I have heard if you are constantly having the same dream, then our body is giving you a hint (low in sugar) however as long you do not dream about eating a marshmallow and next day you find your pillow missing, you are good to go.

I did that last week. I dreamed I ate a big brownie, then freaked out cause I knew it was going to make me sick. LOL At least we can rest easy when we wake up and realize we were only dreaming.

Maybe I could just dream I'm eating whatever I want and be done with the whole thing!
