the pre diet is a little ruff but you can do it and cograts on a date cant wait to have you on the loser bench with the rest of us if I can help please let me know

hey mike , you are inspiring to me, I started at 425 and now am at 368, surgery will be sometime in feb I think.
Your dedication has helped me today, I had a few slips today for some reason and watching your utube raised up my hopes for a better life.
I am now going to do my second set on my eliptical!!! thankyou
