at least I think I have...I have been on this journey for many years yet have not been able to get my head straight enough to lose the little bit of weight the doctor is asking so I can have the surgery...well I finally said to hell with htis weight and the craziness of doing the opposite of what the doc asked and started a new "diet" to lose weight, so I can get my surgery! I am so hopeful this will help jump start my weight loss. I decided to try the body by vi shakes...which I am not sold on...but as I have been using my 1 week sample pack I realized I don't need this stuff that I putting in the shakes I can do the same thing with protien powder and the ingredients I am adding now...its not about the food or shakes or anything tangible it is about the commitment to the process...I think I am there! I am soooooo tired of waiting for my turn...which the wait has been caused by my own self defeating behaviors...I have decided to step up and take my turn!!! So today I commit myself to this process and am making myself accountable for myself and my actions...Sorry aboutt he rant...thanks for listening and supportring me.
