I remember you ..
are you taking your vitamins? and I would say back to basics from the beginning, protein, watch what you eat and try to find sometime to get moving again, i know its hard but you can do it :)
Then I suggest that you take jkimmett's advice and consult a nutritionist for some specific guidelines on protein needs and calorie limits.
For the food diary, use one of the on-line sites that will automatically calculate the nutritional content and calories of foods--makes it much simpler to stay on track.
Congrats on that new baby, and good luck with your future health. You did so well already, I'm sure you can take off the rest of the weight now.

Congratulations for only having 10 lbs to lose. You must have done a great job duri g the preegnancy. I agree with the advice you have gotten so far...with your nut and get back to basics when he/she gives the green light. No drinking with meals or 30 minutes before and after...protein first...stay away from processed, white food. Eat quality food and pay attention when you eat....don't do it mindlessly. Remember, exercise can be spread throughout the day and still be effective. 5 minutes 6 times a day is way better than nothing!!!
I hope you hang around again and are able to be inspired....some ofnthese young'uns are pretty sharp!! ...and a lot of fun!!
