Well first I survived my first big family gathering. Reunion out at the lake. I thought the poor old grannies were going to go crazy. They all asked if I was going to get in line to get food, and I said my hubby was getting something for me. And then they did go crazy when he came back with a piece of ham the size of a silver dollar. lol If they had rulers they would have slapped his hand. haha. Too funny.

But after lunch my son and I threw the Kayaks into the lake and went cruising for a while. My shoulders, neck and back are about as tight as a drum right now. Will go visit my favorite chiropractor tomorrow for a little adjustment. But it was fun. I don't feel the least bit awkward like I did 80 some lbs ago.

Now to survive another weekend with my mother next week. I think she learned the week I was at her house that I don't really eat and she can't show love with food anymore. :) It should be interesting. I am actually hoping they reschedule. My dad was diagnosed with throat cancer a few weeks ago, and is going through radiation treatment and I worry about them traveling at this point. I keep trying to convince them to just stay home and come back later. We will see.
