I think the idea of adding some healthy carbs and healthy fats is a good idea...I just don't know where to start. I have already added so many of my fear foods back into my meal plan and an scared to add some of the foods that might work better. I think I am going to take a leap of faith and add a slice of WW bread with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter to my dinner and then add some train mix to one of my snacks. This should add several hundred more calories. Any ideas of other healthy carbs or fats would be appreciated.
