Gastric Bypass Surgery Support Group
Gastric bypass (GBP) is any of a group of similar operative procedures used to treat morbid obesity, a condition which arises from severe accumulation of excess weight in the form of fatty tissue, and the health problems ("co-morbidities") which result. I can totally relate to being afraid of losing too much. My target was 125, and I went from 300 to 123 without hitting a plateau. At 123, I added nuts, popcorn and mashed potatoes (a couple times to my week) to my diet and have been able to maintain between 125-127 for about 8 months.
Be careful not to start letting junk food into your diet to keep your weight upit is easy to do and it will eventually backfire!!
Once again, congratulations and keep up the good work!!

don't know about you but i will look like a teddy bear when i get my bat wings removed. (seaming)
i have thought many times that my body will know when to stop. but i just worry - what if it don't.
i must also confess no exercising is done by me! shame shame. i should be doing some to at least try to tone up the sagging skin.
