Thanks for adding me. I am pre-op and looking forward to being on the looser bench. For 10 years I have been back and forth on this weight loss surgery thing, until recently I was told I had sleep apnea along with my other health issues.  Wish I had done this 10 years ago, but thought I could lose on my own  Now I am type 2 diabete, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and an underactive thyroid. I guess better late than never. Good luck to everyone.

Welcome and congratulations! It's never too late to make the choice of a healthy life and lifestyle. Good for you! You are already on the winners bench now because of the choices you are making. When I started my journey, I realized I had to change my thinking. Losing weight and losers bench had negative connotations for me so I had to rephrase my language. Losing weight implied that I needed to go find it later. Been there done that. Losers bench never resonated with me because I am a winner. Congratulations on embracing life again!

Congrats for making the wise, brave decision to take back your life!! It takes some of us longer to reach the pointe where we are willing to make the drastic changes necessary to become the healthiest version of ourselves.
