So.... this am (it's only 9 here in Oregon) I really felt the need to hang out in my PJ's. However, I also needed to get in my walk, but was not going out in my PJ's with my hair standing on ends and scare the neighbors...
so as an alternate to my walk I plugged in my MP3 player, picked a couple up beat songs... and was dancing in my kitchen!
My middle son, Terence, lives with us... he's 25. Him and his brother are NEVER up at 9am unless its a school or work day.... So I am bee-bopping around my kitchen... and as the song ends I look up and there stands Terence!
By the look on his face I am thinking hes thinking about calling his step dad and telling him its time to get me committed! LOL!
I am sure that it was even weirder cause he could not hear the music, just see mom dancing around the kitchen in her PJ's with her hair standing on ends!
He just laughed.... shook his head... got a glass of milk, and went back up stairs! :) :)
The cool thing.... is I made it thru 2 songs and I could not have done that a few days ago! And my son... well, keep em' guessing! LOL!

Please be careful, though! Dancing can be quite a bit more strenuous than walking. You need to let your body heal properly before you start doing zumba or serious dancing! Ya, li'l rock star, you!!
