They told me to limit my treadmill to 10 min a day but for some reason I could walk on level ground all I wanted to. 3rd week I was off the 10 lb limit and could walk, do basement steps, fill the wood stove and mechanic a little in the garage. It still was a strain to lift much or get down on the floor and back up.
My Doctor told me I could run a chain saw now but I haven't tried. Snow's too deep!
