Good morning DSF, I added a few more before pics of me. It is funny even though I am down 100+ pounds it is still hard for me to see it looking in the mirror(I know some of you guys know what I mean), but when I post or take pics sometimes I just stare in amazement and wonderment because it is hard to believe it is me. Then when I look at the old pics I be like damn I never knew that I was that big*lol*, still beautiful and sexy but big as hell and unhealthy. This journey I am on teaches me something new as each day passes by.

Awesome!!! You are looking so healthy!! Pretty!! The most part I like about getting healthy is the energy. I love that I can be active. I went hicking yesterday it was so much fun!!

I personally swing back and forth. Sometimes I look at myself and thing wow, you're getting skinny. Other times I see myself as the same old fat girl.

I so agree with you Lisa, each day is a new experience. I thank God pictures because i still see the big gurl too. My pictures absolutely amaze me. Enjoy your journey I am right there with you

I know the feeling having gone from 270 pounds to 124. I don't see myself as a size 4. I guess my head will eventually catch up with it. Even when I fold my clothes and I see how small they are, it still doesn't compute. At 270 I didn't see myself as super big either. Weird!

I sooo get what you are saying, I don't see myself as any smaller yet either. Only way that I know I am losing is that my clothing is getting looser. Everyone else can see it, but I can't. I think it's just a body perception thing
