I loved ice water and had to have my protein drinks icy cold or they would make me gag. I loved my hot coffee and tea, but lukewarm anything made me nauseous. I had the sleeve, and hear some RnY had trouble with hot or cold and their pouches.
As to fruits and veg, in the pureed and soft stages, I could eat anything that had been cooked; applesauce, pear sauce, carrots, beans, beets, tomato sauce, even onions and celery. Raw veggies and fruit were another story completely. I was months out before raw foods were working for me again, and I had to watch if they were high in fiber. Now, no problems with anything, even raw kale is ok, but there was an adjustment period and you definitely want to follow your program!
