Surgery went well. They found a hernia they repaired. Home today. Trying to walk, sip and rest but I much prefer to rest. I know this will pass. Missed all my DS buddies.
hang in there and take it slow. and don't get down if that scale stops moving. this surgery WILL work. just give your body time. all of us hit plateaus, it's our bodies way of healing and adjusting.
