Thank God only had to be in rehab 12 days after hip replacement. Nursing care and physical therapy was great but the food was crappy.
I told the dietary I had GBS 5/18/09 don't know where they were certified.
I had one meal thatwith ham that I was able to eat and my iron level is 9.0 suppose to be 12.0 so now have to take extra iron untill I can get it normal. Any one whose had GBS and having to go in rehab check food out before hand. My daughter brought me grilled shrimp and chicken a couple times.

I'm glad you didn't have to do the 21 days, it would have been hard as a GBS patient unless you are able to make very specific choices for food while your there which of course isn't gonna happen :)
