I know I've been away for a while and some of you probably think fell off the face of the earth, but i assure you I am alright. I've had a lot going on lately, namely returning to work and dealing with so many losses in my family. I am still very dazed behind it all, but holding my own. I just got back from NC where I buried my fathers brother, my mothers cousin's husband, the aunt of a friend i grew up with and my brother-in-laws uncle all in one week. I am emotionally drained and physically exhausted. In order to get away after taking more than a month off - I had to switch my vacation from July 1st to June 22 to be there for my family, coming home i am drained of all energy but I have to get through the month of July without a break and prepare for my husbands double hip replacement and will be out for 2-3 weeks to care for him.

As for the weight loss to be honest, I'm surviving day to day with little to no time to focus on it. My family in NC were astonished at the loss from July 2012 - June 2013 and were very happy for me. I know i am going to have to break down soon and buy some clothes because the saggy clothes are killing me. I go for a 6 week weigh in on the 19th of July and will know then if I've lost more than 70 pounds, I refuse to become a slave to the scale at home.

I pray all of you are doing well and taking care of yourselves, please forgive me for the disappearing act but it couldn't be helped. I'm back to work on Monday (thanking God for the summer 4 day work week) and should be around a little more often. I've missed you guys and reading up on your progress, please feel free to fill me in with your updates and know that I love and care genuinely about you all.
