1 you can eat peas and any veggie asap as long as
you blend them to a texture your body accepts
Fyii any veggie heated above 140 degrees is worth it weight in salt nutritionally speaking. Maybe it has some fiber value but that's it
2 as for hitting a bucket, I started swinging the club the week after surgery. Obviously not full speed or rediculusly hard but just to maintain timing. You'll know when you can hit ball as long as you keep your body moving.
3 the Nazis are going to tell you to listen to your team, maybe so, but I say listen to your pouch. Try anyting you want but chew the shit out of it. I say eat anything on the program but blend it. Now the prob with the salad is the dressing. FYI I get a kick out of the fact that you only mention plants. You should be concerned about protien for a long time. Your big body needs to melt and is going to need protien not plants for awhile.
