Hey everyone! Its been too long as usual since I've been on here. I think about you all often though. I am doing well, finding myself getting into old habits and was struggling to loose the same 7 pounds that are out to get me haha. We just came back from vacation in Cancun and I loved it there. I find myself telling more and more people about the surgery. I was at the vet with my over weight dog haha and the lady that was helping me was a larger woman. She made a comment that my dog needed to loose some weight because of the stress the weight puts on the joints. She said "trust me I know what it feels like, you don't know what it feels like" I felt offended that someone could judge me so easily just because I was smaller. I looked at her and told her, Yes I do know what it feels like. I was your size once! She looked at me with disbelief and I told her my story. She hugged me, said she had been thinking about it for a while and told me I was an inspiration to her. I walked out of there a proud woman! Out of my personal family still only a few know and sadly only a few friends. I still have not worked up the courage to say it loudly. I find myself telling new friends versus my old friends and I love my old friends. I know they will not judge me, however I still can't say it. I need to loose these 10 pounds that I want to loose to be at my goal but I'm working out and taking vitamins and getting it together. I started Greens from It Works and I love that I get my I got sick a few weeks ago, I over ate and I was hurting. I tried so hard to throw up and couldn't. My husband that night told me, "Honey you need to go back to basics" I started taking the Greens from "It Works" and i love it. It gives me my fruit and veggie servings in water so i can sip on it through out the day without feeling full all the time. Life has been good for me. I hope everyone is doing well.
