I have been blessed having you guys in my life for over a year now. You have been wonderful walking beside me and helping me go forward. All of us have done a good job just by taking control of our lives. I am so happy with my progress. I never thought that it would mean this much to me. I will continue to walk the walk with all of you. New comers, ask questions, we have some real seasoned people on here. If we don't have the answer we will do our best in finding out for you. Prayers to everyone in need of one. A big thank you for welcoming my Melissa86...she is my new baby. Those that are struggling right now, stay focused on your dreams and goals. This is not a race, but a change to what we use to do, to a better way of life.

Messages like yours make me so glad I found this site. My surgery is next Friday. I bought all my clear liquids today and have them lined up in the kitchen. I don't think I have to worry about my hubby getting into them. My doctor has me starting clear liquids tomorrow-to "shrink my liver". No turning back now. I know you will all be here for me-keep me in your prayers--and you in mine.

Awwww...Gosh gee...It's easy. Never give half of what I get from this group. I, too, am so grateful. I think I would have backed out if it hadn't been for the support I received here and I am so glad that I did it and have this opportunity to live a different way without my food crutch.

Thanks Althiea, You too are an added Blessing to our group too. We are like a big family on here in together to see what we can do to helpout one another when needed. All of us on here counts and at sometime or stage we have been there ourselves. Nice Post too.
