I just wanted to say that I totally admire everyone who is working so hard in life and than to top it off this, our weight loss situation that is almost like taking on another life altogether, Getting in the right amount of food and nutrition and water, That in itself is a huge job....so to all those out there in the working envirement and doing this also, I look up to you !

Right back at you!! I've been off on my fluids the last couple of days (6 months out) but I think I'm going to get my 8 cups today.

Well said Judy.....there are people out there that think WLS is an easy way out. They are so wrong. It takes a great deal of courage for us to first, admit that we have a problem/addiction with food, and secondly to allow ourselves to go under the knife and have our guts rearranged. And then thridly to deal with the food demonds we have come across each day and changing our way of thinking about food.

I'd also like to "take my hat off to you" for your post and for the afformentioned courage that you also had and still have.
