I just want to publicly give you some encouragement. We have all had the same types of emotions you are having now. Emotions where you feel like it was a bad decision. It is not uncommon to feel the way you feel. I even got extremely depressed and had to see my dr for med and we tried different things. But we have also all made it through this. I especially with the help of this group.

I also had to relose 28 lbs that I put on in the hospital. It took 3 weeks to lose the 28 lbs of fluid. Every day is a new day and I'm doing the best I can to remain positive.
I too said, "I was losing more weight on my own before I had my surgery" so I know exactly what she's feeling.
