Today I took my shower, but this time was different. By the time i'd washed my hair and combed it out afterward, I had enough loose hair in my comb and the shower drain to equal one generous-size handful, which is about eight times more than usual. This means one of two things:
1--When I see my nutritionist tomorrow, ask her if I can start taking the biotin supplements I bought a couple of months ago, just in case
OR
2--Call my mother-in-law and ask her for the name and contact info of the store she buys her wigs at.
Also, are food dreams normal? I'd never had one before, but last night I dreamed I was eating an entire loaf of freshly baked sourdough French bread. I also dreamed that I showed up to work wearing mismatched cowboy boots and ended up getting fired as a result. However, I dont' believe those two dreams are related. Hmmm...

Hahaha! Mismatched cowboy boots? It sounds like a new style trend. I think I'll try it. I also think food dreams are quite normal. I still have an occasional food dream and I kinda' enjoy it, as long as the dream doesn't include getting enormously fat again.
I can't remember food dreams, but I have "Diet Coke dreams" - Who knew you could taste and feel stuff in your dreams??

In her book Constant Cravings, Doreen Virtue notes that untoasted bread is associated with "insecure and desiring comfort and reassurance", and recommends affirming "I am safe and secure. Love is in me and surrounding me". Don't know if these resonate or not.
