I am 4 months out and have been losing hair.
I kind of thought this would happen to me and I know it will eventually grow back.
I had this happen 10 years ago when I lost a lot of weight on my own.
I was thinking that the hairloss happened by about month 5 and by month 12 my problem had resolved itself.
I have a new problem this time.
Combined with my hair loss is itchy scalp.
I was looking on the net and there is some suggestion that this could mean regrowth which is great (if that is the case).
Last time around I wasn't taking as good care of myself as I am now.
I now take all my vitamins and 5000 mcg of Biotin daily.
Could it be that the extremely itchy scalp means my hair is growing back already?
Or could it be something else?
Can somebody give it to me straight. I don't want any false hope here.

A note on the biotin... it grows hair EVERYWHERE so beware. I stopped taking it because ugggh. If your multi contains biotin I'd leave it at that or LOL make a waxing appointments in advance ;)

As for hair all over. Frankly Hahahahaha I could use a little to keep me warm as I am almost completely hairless (far before weightloss)
