I don't get it....i'm more nutritionally healthy
now than i EVER have been my whole life!
I also, am more nutritionally sound now than I have ever been. I don't know how to tell my body that no "I AM NOT DEAD" just getting healthier.
Just tried on some pants today that I haven't worn in about 20yrs and they were loose and baggy. Great NSV, but tempered with I have limited funds for new ones. I really don't mind that the tops are baggy, cuz they don't fall down!!! LOL
I get an average of around 100 grams of protein everyday, and all my fluids are no problem. All supplements are on board everyday as well. You would think that our bodies would be doing the happy dance, since we are now taking care of them for real, and forever, instead of the yo yo. I personally stopped even trying for that last 7 years because I knew I would fail and end up putting it and more back on.
What is happening now is so unbelievable!!! I almost feel like I am dreaming. Almost feels like it's to good to be true...and why didn't I do this sooner!
Can't wait to get my new knees, so I can get active again. 8 more days till surgery for the first one. Trying to pull together a few things to wear while I am in rehab and there is not much to choose from. That's a GREAT thing!!!
Thanks to everyone for sharing...
