I just got home from my post op appt. I lost 10 lbs. making it a total of 32lbs in 3 weeks. for some reason I had a little panic attack while waiting to see the doctor. my pulse was sky high! so they did an ekg on me just in case. everything turned out normal. I don't know what I was so upset over. strange!

Doctor visits do that to me, even when I really like our family doctor.
You are doing great dont get hard on your self they arent there to bash you but help

AWESOME! Congrats on your weight loss - Dr's are intimidating to me too, don't know why, but I get butterfly's everytime.

Great job on the weight loss! Sometimes when I feel like I'm getting anxious I breathe in to the count of 5 and out to the count of ten and repeat until calm :). Keep up the great work!
