Hope this helps. I live alone, and I cook an entre only once a week. I pick something from a recipe book from the meat or seafood sections. I am two years and almost ten months PO. On a good day, I can eat 1.25 cups of food at a mean. Most days, it's more like 3/4 to one cup. For that reason, I eat very little veggies or fruit. I will buy something fresh, prep it and freeze my kind of portions in snack bags. Maybe not the best solution, but it works for me. I buy one fresh fruit a week, or enjoy what my neighbor gives me from her fruit trees. :)
