I knew when I had this surgery just over a year ago that I would shrink, as that was the point. I knew going in that I would loose the boobs, and with full expectations of buying padded bras. As always, the boobs were the first to go. People would comment that they could see it in my cheek bones, and collar bone. My response was always "So..... your saying my chest is smaller?" In good fun of course. Throughout this year of delight, plateaus and progress, they pretty much stayed the same in their new smaller stature.
Until last month. I lost another 9 lb in a 2 weeks stretch, and without doubt every ounce of it was breast related. The new bras I have purchased dont fit. My cute shirts, look a little more blah.
I wasnt rocking a DD before surgery, so there wasnt a whole lot there to loose in the first place.
My husband could not care less, and for that I am thankful.
And while I am a little bumbed that the good lord has taken them away, I am beyond grateful for what he has given me.... a second lease at life, and a reason to max out my Victoria's Secret card.
