I like Activia fruit yogurt, but Greek yogurt plain, to add to meals!

I just had one, my new favorite too! The new Yoplait Greek 2X Protein is amazing. 14 grams of protein and the key lime and the vanilla honey taste great

Make sure you read the labels on the Greek Yogurt. Most of the good ones do have twice the protein. One container of Greek Yogurt I looked at only had 8g of protein and another I looked at had 18g of protein. So if you're looking for protein power, check the labels for which ones are best for you.

Plain greek yogurt and your own splenda, stevia, and fruit or spices and tuna for salads, and dips etc. is yummy. I use it in place of mayo and sour cream all the time.

Be careful using the flavors. Most of them have way too much sugar for post op. Although they do taste really good.

I like to use fage. It is the creamiest and best (found in the organic section). Also, it is usually the most expensive. I add fruit and splenda and some high protein granola to it for breakfast. yummy!

ditto w/ Laura, waaaay too much sugar in the flavored ones, but get the plain and add SF rasperry preserves.....it's yummy! they actually have lots of SF flavors right in the jelly isle! Sounds like you are on the right track Judy!

I like the Yoplait Honey Vanilla and Key Lime, too, but they do have a lot of sugar. Fortunately, I can't eat the entire cup anyway at this point, so when I cut it into 3rds and only eat 2oz at a time, the sugar content is not so bad. Definitely read labels because there is a lot of variation in protein content and sugar content.

I love the greek yogurt, but was concerned about the sugar amount in them to, I asked my Nurse and she said she would rather me have the higher protein yogurt with more sugar then the activia yogurt I was eating..

I love the Fage plain greek yogurt. I usually put splenda in it with strawberries or blueberries and a few walnuts - love it. I also use it for smoothies and I add a scoop of vanilla protein powder.
