Well i am 6 mos out and have never vomited since surgery. I have gotten intense hiccups and belching, but never vomited.
Well today we went to a ma and pop restaurant. First off even if i hadn't had WLS i would still hate this place! so much grease, everything was coated in it. I bet if i had ordered a salad it would have been fried!
I literally had only two small bites of a burger. i had immediate acute pain under my ribcage. I went to the bathroom just so i could walk around a bit.
Came back to the table and couldn't last while my dh was paying the bill. i have never been one to vomit much, and this was awful.
I can't hardly believe i took my kids to such a disgusting place to eat! I have always been a believer that sugar is worse for you than fat, but today i actually may alter that belief a bit.
The worse part is i had a busy morning and had not had breakfast, vomited my lunch, and now too queasy to eat anything.

And had you eaten hamburger before? I can tolerate anything, but I really don't like to eat them much anymore because they do feel weird going down.
Don't beat yourself up, though. Use this as a learning experience and make better decisions next time.
