Well this is fantastic news and I was truly ready to hear it - I am down another 16 pounds and 28 pounds away from a total of 100 pounds lost since I began this journey on August 8, 2012. I cried like a 2 year old baby today when the doctor said do you realize that in nearly a years time you are 28 pounds shy of 100 pounds lost. OMG, pinch me someone because i feel like I am dreaming. I'm not dreaming, I'm living the dream. So very happy

That is 2 big bags of dog food you are no longer carrying around on your joints! And you know most men grab a shopping cart to cary that much? :)

I told my kids that when we were talking about it, and they do all the dog feeding at our house. It was mind boggling to them to think I had to carry that much every day, and still have that much to lose. 4 bags of dog food I have carried for too long.

I tend to ramble as it gets close to the end of my shift. Time for bed.

Or like carrying 10 gallons of milk! Lol. I'd like to see a college kid carry that for a half a mile and see how weak they think the obese are! But I wander to another post I made yesterday. 1 hr 55 minutes to sleep then I wake up and my brain gets back on the right track.

I am so happy for you and wish you continue blessings. I know you have had your ups and downs with this whole sugery but in the long run it is and will be all worth it. You were beautiful before but now just drop dead gorgeous. Be ready for next summer sis because you and I are going to be on the beach in a second swimsuit driving this young boys crazy. Love you and hopefully we can meet up next week to catch up depending on your schedule.

Yes everybody i am feeling wonderful about myself and when i think of what 72 pounds use to feel like on my body its a wonder i survived living like that for so long. I feel great and yes Lisa i look great if its okay to say so myself. Lets plan to get together this Thursday for a meal if you are free can't wait to see you.
