Taking the whole family (all 13 of us - my husband, four adult children, their spouses, and three grand kids!) to Orlando in the morning! It's always a pain to pack the protein powder, meds, supplements, etc., but I am in the best shape I have been in years, and this may be my first trip to Disney pain-free! I used to suffer from excruciating low back pain after walking, but since I have been walking 5k per day and 65 pounds lost, I no longer have that pain! We're renting a house, so I can cook meals I know I can eat - will be interesting to see what I can have at the parks during the day - I'll make sure I pack protein bars. SO EXCITED!!
she always gets on with her goodies and so do i as we are then medical equipment and that is free flight things,. wheel chairs, walkers bypap machines whatever it takes to live. lol
